WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS?
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Items must not have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.
• We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival).
• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory legal rights.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please email us at info@anjna.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.
WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?
• If your item meets our return conditions, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• For UK & EU customers, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery (excluding any upgrade to faster or premium delivery options).
• For international customers, refunds exclude delivery costs.
• You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, and the item is returned at your own risk. Please keep proof of postage.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees paid by you will not be reimbursed.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
• Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 working days.
• Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• If you prefer store credit instead of a refund, just let us know.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you may:

Return your item in accordance with our returns policy, and

Place a new order for the item you would like instead.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
