5. ORDERING GOODS

5.3. We may be unable to accept your Order if, for example:

  • suppliers fail to deliver materials;

  • a Force Majeure Event occurs.

5.4. Payment is taken at the time of Order. If we cannot fulfil the Order, we will refund you.

6. GOODS: AVAILABILITY & QUALITY

6.1. All statutory consumer rights apply.

6.2. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that:

  • colours, stones, or finishes will match on all screens;

  • packaging will always match images;

  • every Description is fully error-free.

6.3. Certificates or grading reports (where applicable) are supplied by third-party graders. We do not verify or warrant their accuracy.

6.4. We warrant that Goods will conform to their Description and Order details on delivery, subject to reasonable variation and clause 6.2.

6.5. We are not responsible for defects caused by:

  • misuse, negligence, or damage after delivery;

  • unauthorised repairs;

  • fair wear and tear;

  • alterations requested by you;

  • abnormal storage or handling.

 


 

7. DELIVERY, TITLE & RISK

7.1. Goods will be delivered to the address provided when ordering.

7.2. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7.3. Title passes to you upon full payment and delivery.

7.4. Deliveries are made using third-party couriers. Additional courier terms may apply.

7.5. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or Force Majeure Events.

7.6. If we fail to deliver Goods, your remedy will be either:

  • a full refund; or

  • replacement Goods.

 


 

8. CANCELLATION & RETURNS

8.1. You may cancel an Order before acceptance.

8.2. For customers in the UK/EU (and extended voluntarily to non-EU customers), you may change your mind within 30 days of delivery, except for:

  • bespoke or personalised Goods;

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons).

8.3. You must return the Goods:

  • unused, unworn, and in original condition;

  • in original packaging with all labels and certificates.

8.4. You must pay return shipping unless the Goods are faulty.

8.5. Refunds (minus any permitted deductions) will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned Goods.

8.6. We do not refund import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

8.7. Exchanges are not available through the Website; a new Order must be placed.

8.8. We may end the contract if you fail to pay, provide necessary information, or accept delivery.

 


 

9. PRICE & PAYMENT

9.1. Payment is required at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown on the Website.

9.2. Prices:

  • include UK VAT for UK customers;

  • exclude VAT, duties, and taxes for international customers.

9.3. We may correct pricing errors and cancel Orders where pricing is incorrect.

9.4. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.

9.5. International customers are responsible for all local taxes, customs duties, and import charges.

 


 

10. OUR LIABILITY

10.1. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where unlawful to do so, including for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud;

  • your statutory consumer rights.

10.2. Subject to this:

  • we are liable only for foreseeable losses caused by our breach;

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses;

  • our maximum liability for any Order is the price paid for the Goods.

 


 

11. COMMUNICATIONS

“In writing” includes email. You agree we may contact you using the email provided with your Order or account.

 


 

12. GENERAL

  • You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

  • We may transfer or subcontract our rights and obligations.

  • If a clause is invalid, the rest remain in force.

  • No third party has rights under these Terms.

 


 

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by English law. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
